How does Clickacall work?
ClickaCall is browser based, which means it runs off the web provider, for example Google Chrome. Invitees do not need to download or sign up, they can simply click on a button embedded inside your website to call you directly via the ClickaCall dashboard.
What is a team member?
A team member is the host of a Clickacall session, who can share and invite others.
How do I embed it into the website?
For embedding into the website you simply take the link and attach it to a button on the website and voila! When someone clicks it then it will call straight through to you!
How does the subscription work?
The subscription is a monthly auto-renewal service which can be cancelled at any time, hassle free.
If you have purchased additional minutes, you will require a subscription to use the service.
Can I white label Clickacall?
Yes ClickaCall offers full white labelling on your domain for A$14 per month. Agencies can also add clients and white label ClickaCall for them.
Is Clickacall mobile compatible?
It works great on mobile for your users via the browser. For Agents we actually recommend using the mobile app so calls will ring straight to your phone.
